About me

    I am Eric The Red Magician.  I perform Close Up Magic. That includes card, coins, rings, and other random objects. I also pickpockets. Don't worry I give everything back. I am a member of the Magic Castle. I perform Magic you have never seen before in your life.

I got my start doing Magic in high school. It was only when I visited my mentors secret Magic shop before I really took off. My mentors taught me his signature effect. This effect was filmed and sent around and around till eventually it got an I.T. company attention. They were so interested they booked me for their Christmas party. ever since then I have been performing Magic professionally.

Then shortly after taking a “break” from college. I moved out on my own and then sought to be a member of the A.M.A or know to some as the Magic Castle. I auditioned for the A.M.A as a Junior member. To my understanding their is two Magician memberships. Jr member and full adult member. The Jr auditions are munch more difficult in my opinion, you have less time and the acceptance rate is less than half at most. I was accepted into the program. I an now a full member of the A.M.A and still on “break” from college.
